To be considered for Promo1 please download the Application Form, complete and return it by email (address on bottom on form). Please also attach 12 professional standard photos, including one full body shot and one head shot, which if you are accepted will be used to create your profile.

To complete the form you will need to have Microsoft Office installed on your computer, however if you do not have this you can download the free OpenOffice software by clicking on the logo below.
